I love a good jumpsuit. It can be as classic and chic as the LBD. Come to think of it though, as many jumpsuits as I design myself, I really only have rompers! This black Prêt à Porter jumpsuit is my first! I love jumpsuits because I think they are sleek and effortless - especially a simple and sleeveless black one like this. The great thing about a LBJ (Little Black Jumpsuit) is you can dress it into any style you're feeling - boho, edgy, classic, girly... I love the keyhole detail in front, open back, and pockets. I'm a big fan of simple designs with great details. It did need a little something to really add some interest to it though. So, I paired this silver stamped print belt. I love how it adds a boho and vintage vibe that's totally cool. Some other simple accessories in the same vibe completed the look - a black flat brim fedora, cool cat eye sunglasses, and thin bangles worn as arm cuffs. The most difficult part of this outfit was figuring out which shoes to pair with. Ideally I probably would go with simple black ankle strap heels like my favorites Stecy from Steve Madden, but I don't have any! So I went with my snake skin print (sticking with the black and silver color scheme) gladiators sandals from Just Fab. I also liked keeping this look a little more casual by wearing flats and not heels. Again, I think replicating a similar look would be pretty easy: a simple jumpsuit, cool belt, and simple accessories. Let me know what you think!
